FAQ
Who can use Away, and is it required?
Away is available to Native Dedicated Desk members on monthly passes. It is opt in only, so you do not need to sign in or register unless it works for you.
What is the full registration process?
Go to native.com.cy/away, submit your name, email, and desk number. Once Native approves your request, you'll receive an approval email with a sign-in link. Use that link within 4 hours to access Away. After that, you can always request a new sign-in link from the Away sign-in page.
What if I set Away dates and my credit still shows 0?
Flagging dates as away does not immediately create credit. Credit is only triggered when Native books your desk during the dates you made available. If your desk is not booked, no credit is applied.
Can I cancel my away dates?
Yes. You can cancel your away dates at any time, unless Native has already booked your desk for those dates.
How is credit applied?
Credit is applied as a discount on your next invoice, not as a cash payout. For example, if you build up €55 of credit and your next bill is €265, it becomes €210 after credit is applied. Next invoice means the next time you are invoiced, not necessarily next month. If there is no next invoice, there is no credit.
Can Native book my desk without permission?
No. Native will never book out your desk unless you have opted in. We also only book opted in members' desks on dates they have made available to us.
How much notice should I give?
The more notice you give, the better the chance your desk can be booked. A single day flagged on the day itself probably will not be booked, although we fancy a challenge.
What happens to personal items on my desk?
If you opt in, please reach out and tell us how you want any personal items on your desk handled while you are away.
Can I sublease my desk on weekends?
No. Weekend subleasing is not permitted.
