Onboarding

Everything new members need for their first day, organised for quick scanning and easy return visits.

Quick start

The essentials in 30 seconds.

  • Use your access code to enter
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm
  • Take calls in the call booths
  • Please wash up after using the kitchen

Access

How to enter and leave the space.

  • You will receive a unique passcode
  • The front door stays locked
  • Please do not share your code

Hours

When the space is open and how late you can stay.

  • Monday to Friday, 7am until 8pm
  • Alarm deactivates before 7am and activates after 8pm
  • If you need to work later, let us know

Noise and calls

Keep the open space quiet.

  • Use call booths for calls
  • Keep notifications on silent
  • Use the meeting room only if booked

Kitchen and dining

What is available, and the one main rule.

Kitchenette and dining area are on the lower level.

  • Filtered water
  • Tea and coffee
  • Coffee grinder to grind your own beans
  • Nespresso machine and capsules
  • Cutlery and plates
  • Fridge and freezer

Please wash up after yourself.

Toilets

Where to find them.

Men and women's WC are on the upper level.

Meeting spaces

Conference room and call booths.

Conference room

  • Can be booked here
  • Use the QR code on the door to pencil in your booking
  • Keep use to 1.5 hours per company at any given time

Call booths

  • Four booths upstairs
  • Lights and air conditioning
  • No booking needed, available to everyone

Guests

Bringing someone in.

  • Use breakout area or sit together for a reasonable time

You are responsible for your guest. Abuse of the space may result in fees or termination of your contract.

Membership

Desk use and sharing.

  • Monthly members may be allocated a preferred desk
  • You can leave monitors here
  • Memberships cannot be frozen due to limited capacity
  • Membership is personal, but a desk can be shared by two registered people if only one uses it at a time

House rules

The core expectations.

  1. Calls in booths, not in open space
  2. Do not take anything from the space home
  3. Do not hog bandwidth
  4. Please smoke outside
  5. Switch off lights and devices when leaving your office
  6. Last one out: ensure lights and air conditioning are off and the front door is closed properly. Door can be closed from the outside by pressing the triangle or backspace on the keypad.

Safety and security

CCTV, alarms, and responsibility.

  • 24/7 CCTV surveillance and alarm system
  • NATIVE is not liable for damage or theft

Refund policy

How refunds work for members.

  • Refunds are discretionary and subject to NATIVE's final decision
  • Permanent members should give one week notice before leaving
  • Remaining working days of the month will be refunded
