Some people only need a registered address and mail handling. Others need a physical place to work from.
This guide explains the difference between a virtual office, a dedicated desk and a private office in Cyprus.
A virtual office is mainly for address and mail handling. It may be suitable for correspondence needs, but it does not usually give the client a fixed desk or regular physical workspace.
A dedicated desk is a fixed desk inside a coworking space. At Native, the 12-month dedicated desk membership includes physical access, shared facilities, a workspace agreement, invoices and supporting documents where appropriate.
A private office is an enclosed room for one person or a team. It gives more privacy and separation, but it usually costs more than a dedicated desk.
If you need a physical place to work from in Cyprus, Native's 12-month dedicated desk membership may be more suitable than a virtual office.
